Yes, all online orders must be paid 100% in advance through secure payment gateways.

COD is available only for eligible Indian pin codes.

 

• Within India: 5–10 working days (depending on location).

• International orders: 10–20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID on the courier partner’s website/app to track your order.

 

• Within India: Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotions.

• International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.

 

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
